| RENTAL POLICY
The following policies are required for rental approval
1. Verifiable Income that shows that prospective renter's
gross monthly income exceeds (3) three times rate or more (current
paycheck stubs)
2. Proof of any other income (food stamps, child support,
SSi, S8, etc)
3. Copy of most recent Tax Return, W2's or 1099
4. Photo ID and Social Security Card
5. Rental history (If you are presently renting, please provide
a copy of your lease
6. Current renters need to provide copies of most recent
utility bills.
7. Security deposit that is the same as monthly rent, unless
otherwise noted "NO CASH" is accepted
8. Car registration and proof of insurance on all vehicles that
will be park at residence
9. Application fee of $20.00
